Masseria La Cattiva Running a Business is a natural red wine crafted from 100% Primitivo grapes in Puglia, Italy. The vineyards are cultivated organically, emphasizing sustainable practices that respect the local ecosystem. The grapes are harvested manually and undergo 15 days of carbonic maceration in stainless steel tanks, a technique that enhances the wine's aromatic profile and imparts a fresh, fruity character. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel for six months to preserve its vibrant qualities. Bottling is done without fining or filtration, and minimal sulfites are added.
