This intermediate student-level violin is made from solid spruce and flamed maple and finished with reddish spirit varnish in the GEWA workshop. The GEWA Ideale is fitted with ebony pegs, ebony fingerboard, and ebony Guarneri model chinrest. The Wittner composite tailpiece is equipped with 4 built-in fine tuners. The violin features clear and pleasant, easily produced tone.
The outfit includes a Brazilwood bow, a lightweight oblong case, and a rosin.
